Objectives

 

To provide a service that properly addresses and deals thoroughly with our Clients' requirements

in a professional and cost effective manner.
 

To provide a service based on experience, expertise and professionalism.


To ensure that all appointments receive the highest quality service, irrespective of value.

 

Method

 

We will identify with the Client his real needs by way of thorough liaison.  It is important that this liaison takes place initially and continues throughout each project.  We will keep Clients and all members of the team informed at all times.

 

Client Relationship

 

A Director is appointed by us for each particular project and will be responsible for our business relationship with the Client. The Director will be in overall control of that specific project and for all projects carried out for that Client.  This will apply irrespective of the type or size of the project.

Whilst specific tasks will be carried out by appropriately qualified and experienced assistants, the appointed Director will be available for discussion as and when required by the Client.


We strongly believe that we need to work with the Client as part of a team and our experience, gained from many successful schemes, reinforces that belief.

 

To do that, we will provide a service based not just on traditional values but:

      •   Keep our Clients fully informed at all times

      •   Listen to our Clients and present information as and when they require

      •   Meet deadlines

      •   Control costs

      •   Be open and flexible in respect of fees

 

Fees


Initial advice is given freely without charge.  This applies even if you decide not to use our services.

We understand the need to control costs and are always willing to discuss fees.

Fees will normally be related to the value and type of project and will, wherever possible, be agreed before commencing work.

Fees will attract VAT at the appropriate rate.
